Most Innovative New Initiative

In October 2017 Carlson hosted its first-ever LGBT+ Alumni Reunion to create a welcoming and inclusive space for a traditionally underrepresented population. More than 100 alumni, students, staff, and faculty members attended. It has been heralded as an overwhelming success, leading to a growing list of alumni that identify as LGBTQIA.
