Outstanding New Professional (Co-Recipient)

In just over a year, Ashley has had a tremendous impact as Director of Alumni Relations. Her work has included rethinking the monthly alumni email, reviewing engagement scores for event planning, evaluating mentoring programs, and launching a webinar series. She also coordinated the operations of Tippie’s Young Alumni Board, helping them develop a strategic plan and achieve a 100% giving record.
