Outstanding New Professional Award

Ryan joined Mendoza filling a position that had been vacant for two academic years. He helped resurrect the alumni board and worked with the Dean to craft a new strategy based on maximizing alumni impact. Ryan has inspired alumni to be involved in almost every aspect of the student journey, including admissions, onboarding, student services, and career development.
