Most Improved Alumni Relations Award

The winner of this year’s most improved award took the opportunity to revamp their alumni board. After members had voiced frustration with being underutilized, this alumni relations group convened a small task force of board members to collaborate on the board’s new direction. Board members were then empowered to create this new model alongside the staff. The result was a complete redefinition of the board’s structure, priorities, and objectives. Thanks to this revitalization, the board is now more active and impactful than ever.
