Most Improved Alumni Relations Award

The winner of this year�s most improved award took the opportunity to revamp their alumni board. After members had voiced frustration with being underutilized, this alumni relations group convened a small task force of board members to collaborate on the board�s new direction. Board members were then empowered to create this new model alongside the staff. The result was a complete redefinition of the board�s structure, priorities, and objectives. Thanks to this revitalization, the board is now more active and impactful than ever.
