The Janice Headley Outstanding Service to ABSAP Award

This award honors an individual whose dedication and service to ABSAP have significantly advanced our mission and strengthened the impact of our organization.

Caitlin has demonstrated that dedication time and time again. She served two terms on the ABSAP Board and played a leading role in planning and executing an outstanding 2018 conference at Ross. Even after her board service ended, she continued to support the organization through her work on the Conference Committee.

Over the years, Caitlin’s professional role may have changed, but her passion for alumni engagement never did. She has remained a thoughtful, committed, and steady presence within ABSAP.

Caitlin is also one of the most level-headed, patient, and dependable people you could ever hope to work with. She brings calm to every challenge, approaches her work with care, and is always willing to step in and help.

Simply put, Caitlin is an incredible colleague, a valued member of the ABSAP community, and someone who truly rocks. It is our honor to recognize her dedication and service with this award.
